Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?
All Keychron keyboards are designed to be fully compatible with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Each keyboard includes dedicated system toggles and extra keycaps for both Mac and Windows layouts.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs duties may apply for international orders outside of the US and Hong Kong.
What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable versions?
A Hot-swappable version allows you to change switches without soldering, making it easy to customize your typing feel. Non-Hot-swappable versions have switches soldered to the PCB and cannot be replaced manually.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month warranty on our keyboards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Can I use Keychron keyboards in wired mode?
Yes, all our wireless keyboards feature a physical toggle to switch between Bluetooth mode and Cable mode. A high-quality USB Type-C cable is included in every box for wired connectivity.
How do I update the firmware on my keyboard?
Firmware updates and instructions are available on our official 'Firmware' page. We recommend only updating if you encounter specific bugs, as incorrect flashing can affect keyboard functionality.
